Jolineth Souvenirs is owned by Hermelinda de Bourné who is also a talented Pollara maker. The Pollara is a traditional Panamanian outfit that is pleated and uses a drawstring for the waist. They are beautiful skirts with a somewhat detailed white top that is separate. My set of photos of the parade in Panama City from 2006 has many examples of the Pollara.
