Dimensions of Theory

The center core of each side of the cube represents a dimension of a visual arts theory structure. They are Create↔Critique, Meaning↔Making, and Enact↔Explain. The pairs are placed opposite each other on the cube so in the photos you will not see the two sides that relate except by color. The colors that represent these dimensions are as follows:
Meaning(white)↔Making(yellow)
Create(orange)↔Critique(red)
Enact(blue)↔Explain(green)

Since the center core never changes- this central dimension words are in the middle of each side giving the viewer a key to the cube. I intended to photograph the cube in it’s state before being jumbled but it seems it was so engaging, a colleague who was looking at it felt compelled to start turning and twisting. I guess that means it’s working.
